The service

Propvia is operated by Tetrice at propertysupport.co.za. It is a tool for managing rental properties, including tenants and bookings.

You need an account to use the signed-in product. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your login.

Creating an account is free. Each property includes tenant management and booking management.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another account, or upload anything you do not have the right to share.

We aim to keep the service available. We may change or pause features. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
