What we collect, why we keep it, and who to ask.

What we collect

Account details you submit: name, email, and password. We store the password only as a hash.
Property names you add, rental profiles tenants save, and listings agents publish.
Property names you add, and the monthly price attached to each property.
Booking details you enter in the product.
Messages you send through the contact or feedback forms.
Sign-in cookies that keep you logged in.

We use this information to run the account, show your properties and bookings, reply to messages, and keep the session secure.

We do not sell personal information. Mail is sent through our email provider so we can deliver reset links and form messages.

We keep account and property records while the account is open, and messages long enough to reply and keep a record of the request.
