What is Propvia?
Propvia is the property platform on propertysupport.co.za. Agents and owners use it to run rental properties, holiday homes, and short-term lets from one account.
Who operates the site?
Tetrice operates Propvia. The public site is propertysupport.co.za.
How much does it cost?
The account is free for agents and tenants. It includes short-term and long-term tenant management, booking management, and a listing on Propvia.
What can agents do?
Agents sign up, add properties, manage tenants on short stays and longer leases, and advertise those rentals on Propvia. A tenant who already has a profile can be placed without collecting the same admin again.
What is a rental profile?
A tenant builds one profile: where they want to live, short-term or long-term, who is moving in, and a rental history. The next property can use that profile instead of a fresh application pack.
Can I advertise a rental here?
Yes. An agent account can publish a listing on Propvia with the area, whether it is a short or long stay, and the rent.
What is included for each property?
Tenant management and booking management for each property you add.
How do I create an account?
Open Create account, enter your name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters. You can add properties after you are signed in.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password. If the email matches an account, we send a reset link.
Do you sell my information?
No. We use account and property details to run the service. We do not sell personal information.
