How to request
Email the information officer with your name, contact details, the record you want, and the form in which you want it. If you are asking for someone else’s information, include proof that you may do so.
Fees
Fees are those prescribed by the PAIA regulations. We will tell you the fee before we proceed, where the Act allows a fee.
Outcome
We will grant, refuse, or transfer the request as the Act requires, and we will say why if we refuse.
